Meet Adisa

My name is Adisa and I believe in the extraordinary transformative power of listening to your body (soma) and tapping into its wisdom. My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds both our stories and our capacity to heal. Through Somatic Experiencing®, yoga therapy, and the Safe and Sound Protocol, I help individuals reconnect with their innate sense of safety, presence, and inner strength. These approaches gently support the nervous system to regulate and restore balance, offering pathways out of chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, or burnout. Sessions are grounded in body awareness, mindful movement, and sound, allowing each person to meet themselves where they are — without force or pressure.

This work isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about listening deeply to the body, creating space for resilience, and rediscovering the ease and wholeness that lives within each of us. I have experienced the healing power of somatic movement and sound and I want to share that with you. Through somatic dance and yoga, I learned to slow down, listen to my body, and trust its inner knowing.
