Meet Adisa

My name is Adisa and I believe in the transformative power of listening to your body (soma) and tapping into its wisdom. I have experienced the healing power of somatic movement and music and I want to share that with you. Through somatic dance and yoga, I learned to slow down, listen to my body, and trust its inner knowing. Even in the darkest moments of my life, I found glimpses of joy that lifted my spirits and shifted the clouds off my mind.

Somatic Flow Yoga

My passion for teaching Somatic flow yoga comes from the personal experience and its benefits of mindful movement accompanied with embodied introspection. Somatic flow is explorative and curious in nature looking to bring about awareness of body, mind and soul. Being in the body and developing your somatic (body's) intelligence takes congruent intention and regular practice. Let's explore together body's intelligence and develop long-forgotten knowing of deeper intuitive skills.
